Sushant Singh Rajput Suicide Case gets Twist and Turns, Dad sues Rhea Chakraborty for Foul Play



It is not easy for any parent to believe that his/her child is no-more. Even when the situation like Sushant Singh Rajput suicide case cries for justice from the glamor of Bollywood. No parent will able to sit with a calm mind without knocking the doors of the judicial system. The same took place at Patna where Sushant Singh Rajput’s dad recently filed FIR against Rhea Chakraborty (alleged girl-friend of Sushant). Yes, keeping heed to the hassle for a month now. Sushant Singh Rajput’s dad has approached Patna police for sorting out the root cause of his son’s untimely death. 

According to the latest news, Sushant’s father has lodged a police complaint against Rhea Chakraborty and six others including her family members in pushing his son to take this extreme step.  

An FIR has been registered under the Patna Police under Rajiv Nagar locality. The FIR carries various sections of the Indian Penal Court like the abetment of suicide and fraud. To investigate the case better, a team of four of Patna Police has left for Mumbai to gather related information from ground zero. 

It is also learned that Mumbai Police is already investigating the Sushant Singh Rajput suicide case and has also questioned various Bollywood Stars and Directors regarding the case and the last ongoing projects with Sushant.  

The case has been booked under various sections of IPC including 341 (punishment for wrongful restrain), 342 (punishment for wrongful confinement), 380 (theft in dwelling house), 406 (punishment for criminal breach of trust), 420 (cheating and dishonesty inducing delivery of the property) and 360 (abetment of suicide). 

Questioning the alleged relation between Sushant Singh Rajput Rhea Chakraborty, Sushant’s father has also shown concern regarding the mental-torturing incidents by Rhea and her family members on his son that made him end his life. Sushant Singh Rajput’s father has also asked the Indian judiciary to take-care of this case so that his son could get timely justice. 

Additionally, Singh’s father wants a police investigation for acknowledging 15 crores that have got transferred to Rhea Chakraborty and other accounts from Sushant bank accounts. The complaint also adds that Rhea and her family have forced his son to believe that his house is ‘haunted’ and he should move-in to a resort that is in the vicinity of Mumbai. 

Further, Singh has also alleged for misleading Sushant and getting him treated by a non-professional doctor for her own good. It was also added that just a week before of Sushant’s demise, Rhea left his place and disowned Sushant’s belongings. This includes various ATMs, Laptops, cash, and other documents.  

After the incident took place, many budding film stars and struggling artists confirmed that in Hindi Cinema nepotism and favoritism towards once family and heir gets welcomed most than getting new talents to the industry. 
 
Various politicians and other film-related people have asked CBI to investigate the case so that the real culprit can be barred and the Sushant Singh Rajput suicide case could get real peace.
