Being one of India's agricultural driven states, Uttar Pradesh will now be known to house its technological infused employees and take pride off. According to the latest news against the Coronavirus surge in every minute, Microsoft has looked up to spread more employment and more businesses to flourish within this crisis. 

As claimed in Hindi's latest news, the state's efforts are finally paid off while attracting the leading techno-tycoon of the world housing in its state. According to recent information update from the official sources, Microsoft India is all set to open its yet another branch in Greater Noida after Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune and NCR (New Delhi & Gurugram). 

As confirmed through virtual discussion, Microsoft India's Managing Director Rajiv Kumar along with state's MSME minister Sidharth Nath Singh will soon be conducting a site recce for the Microsoft Office to come up soon. Later it was learned through the latest news that the state will roll out the benefitting facilities for Microsoft office to get its best candidates for the work and help the nation grow in the field of technology. As soon as everything gets proposed, the work will start. 

According to the latest news, hiring will be done soon regarding Microsoft Noida jobs. So, if you find yourself the perfect fit for the leading organization. You can surely apply for the post as and when the organization reaches out for 4000 candidates. 

According to the sources by the government officials, it says that "The company has said that they want to move their North Campus to Greater Noida. The next step will be a site inspection by the team in both Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway. 

Sources say that Microsoft is planning to set up this branch at Express Trade Tower Noida. At the same time, some sources also reveal that UP plans to develop an electronic manufacturing park near Jewar International Airport lined with Yamuna Expressway that links Greater Noida with Agra. 

According to the further latest news, it says that Microsoft India will have its second-largest campus among all in terms of employee strength. Two of the major brands of Microsoft India stationed in Bangalore and Hyderabad have employees as 2,000 and 5,000 respectively. 

According to sources, it all has started working since January 2020. As stated in the latest news, Microsoft started working on a plan for a smaller program to highlight tools that will create more job opportunities that will help to become digital. When Coronavirus started engulfing everything, the technological giant decided to expand its working capacity through internet interlinks worldwide. 

As said by Microsoft President, Brad Smith, it is learned that "Coronavirus has locked many employees to choose work from home. Additionally, it becomes clear that to get back to the work culture at the corporate office. Many will not return to the jobs they left, or they might need a new job, or even their old jobs will also get advanced with digitalization as the present scenario." 

According to the latest news in Hindi, it stated that Microsoft approached LinkedIn for using its data for getting better candidates for Microsoft Noida Office hiring. The posts that stand vacant are software developers, sales representatives, data analytics, customer service specialist, and graphic designing. 

As claimed in the latest news and being a samaritan from its heart- Microsoft will be spending $20 million in cash grants for global non-profits intending to help 5million people worldwide. The grant will only be given to people who have physical disabilities, women, minorities, workers from low-income groups. 

Additionally, business-socio giant LinkedIn will be providing its labor market data and information on-demand for free to the government. Through this, the government can get the best information for aspiring candidates searching for jobs through its medium in varied fields.
