Rafale to Secure India from Danger, 36 Due Onboard from France


 

From Bonjour to Namaste! According to the latest news, french origin Rafale jets are soon to rib-through Indian skies. Starting from Monday, the first five sets of Rafale India are due to get welcomed on Wednesday at Ambala airbase, Punjab. While in a seven-hours continuous flight, the Rafale jets are learned to get mid-air fueled and overnight pit stops in UAE. 

As stated in the reports, these Rafale India are designed to have three-single seats and two twin-seat-omni role fighters. These are flown up by IAF (Indian Air Force) pilots flagged by Commanding Officer Group Captain Harkirat Singh. 

Additionally, as stated in the latest news- five Rafale India jets took off from Merignac Airbase Bordeaux (France) on Monday. This was briefed by Indian Ambassador Jawed Ashraf. Further, he added that “After flying continuously for seven-hours at-a-stretch the five Rafale will land at Al Dhafra airbase in UAE.” 

According to the Rafale jet price, it is known that this has been bought through a vital contract signed between India and France. As stated by the officials, the Rafale jet prices are enveloped in a 59,000 crore deal that was stamped in September 2016. As added by a source, ‘No new weapon system, especially the complex one like fighters, can be deployed just like that. First, the fighters have to be extremely flown in Indian conditions to develop tactics and other operational procedures.’ 

Rafale Aircraft Specification 

While discussing the latest update of the Rafale India, jets that are soon to get welcomed in India has much static Rafale aircraft specification. This includes: 

  • It is one and all apt for combat aviation missions
  • Extends Air defense and close-air support  
  • In-depth strikes, reconnaissance, anti-ship strikes, and nuclear deterrence. 
  • One of the biggest Rafale aircraft specification relates to attaining a maximum speed of Mach 1.8/750kt (2,222.6km per hour) and can climb to up to 50,000ft. 
  • Rafale can fly up to the range of 3,700 km, it can also refuel mid-air. 
  • It is also 15.27 meter long aircraft that accompanies a wing-length of 10.8 meters each.  

How Many Rafale India Have? 

Well, this is the first time when India is preparing to welcome its new companion to make India a safer place. According to the latest news, it is learned that ten aircraft are set to get delivered by France of which five are already on their way to homeland India. While the other five are under the training period and soon will be handed over to the nation. 

Keeping track of the upcoming missile laden-aircraft, as per the sources it is said that for the other five flights, pilots and support personnel are given training about the aircraft and the weapon systems by Dassault in France. 

According to the sources, the Rafale India team will be acquiring training for the aircraft working for the next nine months. 

The complete assignment will be handed over to India by 2021 by accompanying complete 36 Rafale jets all onboard.
